Your need for confidentiality and privacy is important to us. We recognize that privacy is an important aspect of your confidence in us, and we understand that you expect us to collect and retain nonpublic personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we manage this information in order to meet these goals. All provisions in this Policy—including our collection and disclosure practices—apply to applicants, customers, and former customers.

Visitors to our website remain anonymous, unless they register for a service or otherwise elect to disclose their identity to us. How we share your information

We do not disclose any of the information we collect, as described above, to other financial institutions with anyone for marketing agreements. We only share information with our own employees that perform services on your behalf. Some information may be shared with Law Firm and/or Appearance Attorney upon request for purposes of communicating with you regarding your case. The information you give us when you sign up for an account, contact our call center, or access our website may be shared with these the above mentioned persons.

In the event that we are acquired by another entity (or in a bankruptcy proceeding) information that we collect would be an asset that is transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of us, our assets or our website may continue to use your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your information to third parties if we believe that disclosure is advisable or necessary to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Ready Financial, our employees, our customers or others.
